Withdraw from a contract

For an eligible consumer distance contract, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts at contract conclusion, subject to the required information. Send an unambiguous declaration to Michael Krymarys, Michael Krymarys Online Marketing & Audio Services, at [email protected] before the deadline. No special wording is required.

Following effective withdrawal, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within the statutory 14 days, normally by the original payment method, without an additional fee. A proportionate charge for an expressly requested early service start requires the legal conditions to be met. Immediate access alone does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.
